Every partner tier includes platform access, white-label branding, activation credits, training, and support. Higher tiers add more activation credits, dedicated partner management, co-selling support, and enhanced SLAs.

Partner-led deployments typically go live in 2–4 weeks for pilot scope. The 90-day onboarding program covers training, certification, and co-selling support. Most partners close their first tenant deal within 4–5 months of signing.

The Founding Partner Program offers limited spots for early technology partners who want to shape the platform roadmap. Founding partners receive preferred economics and direct input on feature prioritization.

The activation fee covers tenant provisioning, data migration support, ERP integration setup, and team training. The fee varies by plan tier and integration complexity.

Core and Growth plans include QuickBooks Online integration. Growth adds NetSuite foundation support. Enterprise plans include multi-system ERP sync with custom API integrations available.

You can upgrade at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at renewal and require 60-day advance notice. Enterprise customers work with their dedicated success manager on plan adjustments.

VendorX enforces tenant data isolation using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) at the database level, EF Core query filters at the application layer, and API-level authorization — three independent isolation layers. Each tenant’s data is logically separated and inaccessible to other tenants.
